Charges 2007

PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A DOUBLE CHARGE FOR CHRISTMAS DAY WITH A 5 DAY MINIMUM BOARDING PERIOD - THIS IS FOR BOTH DOGS AND CATS (£10 deposit per animal required for Christmas)

ALL THE PRICES ABOVE INCLUDE VAT AT 17.5%
YOU ARE CHARGED FOR THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AND THE DAY OF DEPARTURE IF YOU COLLECT AFTER 10AM ON THAT DAY

COLLECTION AND DELIVERY SERVICE AT 60P PER MILE INCLUDING VAT

All animals must be fully vaccinated. This must include kennel cough nasal vaccine for dogs. Vaccination certificates must be shown at the time of boarding and each time the animal is boarded. They must also have had full flea treatment with an ongoing flea protection. If we find that your animal has fleas we will treat it and you will be charged accordingly.

We try very hard to make your pets stay an enjoyable one, please let us know she or he has any special likes or dislikes and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please bring a few of your pets favourite things with them such as toys, blankets and treats as this make them feel more at home.

BANK HOLIDAYS AS SUNDAY'S TIMES. CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY. BOXING DAY AND NEW YEARS DAY. ANIMALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR RETURNED OUTSIDE THESE HOURS EXCEPT BY PRIOR ARRANGMENT.

CANCELLATIONS MADE LESS THEN 14 DAYS FROM THE BOOKED DATE WILL INCUR A CANCELLATION FEE OF £10 PER ANIMAL.
PLEASE RESPECT THESE TIMES AS WE HAVE TO HAVE SOME PRIVATE TIME.
