PLEASE NOTE THERE IS A DOUBLE CHARGE FOR CHRISTMAS DAY WITH A 5 DAY MINIMUM BOARDING PERIOD - THIS IS FOR BOTH DOGS AND CATS (50% deposit per animal required for Christmas)

WE HAVE A 10am CHECKOUT WHICH MEANS YOU ARE CHARGED FOR THE DAY OF ARRIVAL AND THE DAY OF DEPARTURE IF YOU COLLECT YOUR PET AFTER 10AM ON THAT DAY

COLLECTION AND DELIVERY SERVICE AT 80P PER MILE INCLUDING VAT

ALL THE PRICES ABOVE INCLUDE VAT AT 20%

All animals must be fully vaccinated. This must include kennel cough nasal vaccine for dogs. Vaccination certificates must be shown at the time of boarding and each time the animal is boarded. They must also have had full flea treatment with an ongoing flea protection. If we find that your animal has fleas we will treat it and you will be charged accordingly.

We try very hard to make your pets stay an enjoyable one, please let us know she or he has any special likes or dislikes and we will do our best to accommodate them. Please bring a few of your pets favourite things with them such as toys, blankets and treats as this make them feel more at home.

BANK HOLIDAYS AS SUNDAY'S TIMES. CLOSED CHRISTMAS DAY. BOXING DAY AND NEW YEARS DAY. ANIMALS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED OR RETURNED OUTSIDE THESE HOURS EXCEPT BY PRIOR ARRANGMENT. (Animals accepted or returned out of hours will incur a £5 per animal fee)

CANCELATION POLICY AS FROM JANUARY 2012: CANCELATIONS MADE BETWEEN 7 AND 14 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE WILL INCUR A CANCELATION FEE OF £10 PER ANIMAL. ANY BOOKINGS CANCELED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ARRIVAL WILL INCUR A 30% CANCELLATION FEE. 

CHRISTMAS BOARDS: TO ENSURE WE HAVE AN AVAILABLE BEDROOM FOR YOUR PET OVER CHRISTMAS WE REQUIRE A 50% DEPOSIT BY THE 1 DECEMBER OF THAT YEAR. THIS DEPOSIT IS REFUNDABLE IF YOU CANCEL YOUR BOOKING BEFORE THE 1 OF DECEMBER. ANY BOOKINGS CANCELLED AFTER THE 1 DECEMBER WILL NOT BE ENTITLED TO A REFUND OF THE DEPOSIT. DUE TO DEMAND THIS IS A NECESSARY PRACTICE AS WE USUALLY HAVE TO TURN AWAY LARGE NUMBERS OF CLIENTS OVER THE FESTIVE PERIOD.
