In April 2017 we ran a customer survey and were delighted with the response.
The survey showed that the majority of customers are very happy with the services we offer and they feel assured about the safety and happiness of their pets when they leave them with us.
We also asked about recent and planned improvements and this showed that there is good support for most of the things we plan to do for example online booking which we have now introduced on this new website.
It's so important to us to keep on improving and we rely on our customers to tell us what you need. If there's something we're not doing that you'd like us to - or something we do that you don't like! - please tell us.
